Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges to send items back. There MAY be a 15% restocking fee on custom made or non-stock items. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We currently ship our abrasive products to anyone in the United States. All in-stock orders, placed before 1:00pm CST will be shipped same day. We ship products via USPS, UPS and SpeeDee Delivery and Truckline for shipments over 250 pounds. We offer Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2 Day.
We also offer Next Day Air, but you must call to get a quote on this. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) on ANY items that we Drop Ship from our vendors or Custom Make Items. We don't recommend choosing these ship methods on items that are not listed as in-stock. Due to Covid-19 UPS is NOT guaranteeing any expedited shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) until further notice. This means there will be no refunds if the items aren't delivered on time.

We do NOT process orders on the weekend or holidays. If you place an order online after 4PM Friday it will be processed the following Monday morning.
Order Confirmations are sent via Email. If you do not supply an email address with your order you will not receive an order confirmation. We only use your email address to communicate with you about your online orders and do not sell or give any customer emails to anyone.
We reserve the right to use other vendors in order to get you the products in a timely manner. Your product may have a specific brand name, but if lead times are over one week we will look elsewhere in order to ship things faster. We stand behind our products and only send premium items to our customers.
